Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 10:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M. Deposit of Valuables: Please help us protect your property. We are not responsible for stolen articles. Fax Machine/e-mail access: Fax Machine access is available at the Office, E-mail with your laptop. Housekeeping and Maintenance: For you safety the women's restrooms are closed from 11:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M. and the men's restrooms are closed from 12:00 P.M. to 1:00 P.M. for daily cleaning. Laundromat & Gameroom: It is located adjacent to the Office. The washer is $1.50 and dryer $.75 each use. the hours are 8:00 A.M. to 10:00 P.M. Pets: We have a limit of 2 (two) pets per unit. All animals must be on a leash and accompanied by the owner. It cannot be left unattended in the unit or outside of the unit. Pet exercise areas are provided. There is also an anti-barking ordinance and loose pets will be picked up by Metro Animal Control. Horse and similar livestock are not permitted. No pets in lodge. Smoke-free Facilities: smoking is not permitted in any building or restroom. Security: Your safety and security are our highest priorities. Please make sure your door is securely locked when you leave. Suspicious people and incidents should be reported to Office immediately. River Area, Ponds and Playgrounds: Please Note There is no lifeguard on duty at the ponds or river areas. Fish at your own risk. No swimming. Children must be accompanied by an adult. If you fish the river, you must show a current Wyoming fishing License to Office personnel. Telephone: Pay phones are located on the East side of Office building. The long distance carrier is AT&T. The Office will receive messages for you during normal business hours. Emergency messages at any time. Vending: Soft drinks and ice machine are located adjacent to playground. Food products are available in the Office store. Gift Shop: Gifts are made available by courtesy of various vendors. Other Information: SPEED LIMIT 5 MPH. Pleasure riding on motorcycles within the campground is not permitted. Please keep vehicles off all grassy areas. Tents are restricted to tenting area only. Lot occupants are responsible for maintaining a clean site. There will be no storage sheds, appliances, fences or laundry lines allowed. See office for extra storage. Major Auto - RV repairs are not allowed in the campground. This includes oil changes. Vehicle washing is not permitted. We reserve the right to refuse service. Owners and managers are not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, theft or any act beyond their control. Failure to observe or comply with Campground rules and regulations or to pay rent may result in removal of recreational vehicle. NO REFUNDS. |
